New Tongue and groove Particleboard flooring is structural grade particleboard sheet flooring for interior use in domestic and commercial buildings. Flooring is 19mm Thick – and is a much stronger product than Normal Chipboard.

Orange Tongue

Floorboard is a premium product, produced for house construction sheet flooring. It is tongue and grooved for easy installation and engineered to withstand the tough Australian elements while the house is constructed. Additional wax is injected throughout D&R Henderson Floorboard, so any new saw cut edges will still maintain robust water resistant properties.

Floorboard is produced on a committed line, whose only function is to produce particleboard flooring, reducing variation in manufacturing conditions and product performance.

D&R Henderson have been manufacturing, all purpose tongue and grooved particleboard flooring since 1987. Floorboard products incorporate a high concentration wax-resin system, allowing for greater edge protection if sheets are cut. This obviates the need for edge wax sealant.

Floorboard meets all the requirements of the Australian standard AS/NZS 1860.1 and is suitable for domestic and commercial installations.
